RCFC affirms the Scriptures as the inspired Word of God and our authority in all matters of faith and practice.
We believe that the church is comprised of baptized believers recognizing Jesus Christ as our head. We further identify ourselves as a distinctive and independent body of faith.
We believe Jesus Christ to be the Son of God, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for mankind's sin. We believe Jesus was raised from the dead on the third day and through faith in Him we will inherit eternal life.
We believe in the Triune God. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received through faith in Jesus Christ. We further believe that salvation is eternal and complete in Jesus Christ.
RCFC shall receive as members those who have professed faith in Jesus Christ and have followed the example of Christ in the act of baptism.
Recognizing Jesus Christ as the ultimate head of the church and scripture as our basis of all faith and practice, RCFC shall be self-governing and free of any denominational oversight or rule. The governing of the church shall be vested in its membership and administered by its elected officers. In function, final authority shall reside in the membership.
We consider ourselves to be Interdenominational. Which means that RCFC is a church for everyone. We are guided by examples of Jesus' Church in The New Testament.
We believe that baptism is an act of obedience that is done after someone makes a decision to follow Jesus. It is a symbol that repersents someone's commitment to God.
